Terms of use

ClearFigs LLC offers a business analytics dashboard in private testing. These terms describe use of the current test service. Public customer signup, paid plans, and subscription billing are not available.

Authorized use

Only a person authorized by a business may use its dashboard, upload its reports, or connect its data sources. A person connecting Google Analytics 4 or Squarespace must have permission from the business and the data provider to grant the requested read-only access. Users must not upload information they are not authorized to share or attempt to access another business's data.

Connected sources and reports

Each data connection depends on the provider's availability, permissions, and terms. ClearFigs may show source-reported figures before they are checked against an original report. Traffic, ad-platform conversions, and verified sales are different measures. Sources may overlap, update late, or use different timezones. Users should check important decisions against original source records; ClearFigs does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Private testing and access

ClearFigs may limit or end private-test access while the service is being developed. A business owner may ask us to pause a connection or remove stored test data. Our privacy notice explains the current request process and its limits. No plan price, service level, or cancellation fee applies to this private test.
